Dinner at the Silo | August 18

Join us on August 18th for Dinner at the Silo. Enjoy a coursed meal featuring our artisan cheeses prepared by our in-house chef paired with wine, all while watching our resident goats Milo and Shilo greet you from our 26ft Silo! An experience unlike any other.

In the event of inclement weather, dinner will be held upstairs in our Visitor Center.

Menu:

1st course – LaClare Cheese Sampler

2nd course – Roasted Sweet Corn and Red Pepper Salad topped with LaClare Feta

3rd course – Oven Baked Chicken Topped with Sticky Rum BBQ sauce with a side of Roasted Baby Reds baked in LaClare Evalon

4th course – Peach Cobbler with LaClare Original Chevre

This is a private event. Reserve your tickets soon as seating is limited. No walk-ins. Tickets are on sale until August 17th, 9:00 pm or until sold out.
