About the Event

Are you ready to start healing and incorporating new skills into your life? Let’s start the conversation. Join us at LaClare Creamery for a 4-part mental health and self-care series on Thursday nights in January and February at 5:30 pm.

This series is dedicated to helping you with your healing journey and ongoing wellness. Each session will focus on critical areas of the book, which will give you the tools to work through your healing journey. Zach Ketterhagen, Kelly Collien, Kris Schumacher, and Mara Eifolla will join the series to teach and educate on mental health and well-being activities such as breath work, Yin Yoga, Art therapy, and Gut Health. Kaitlyn Kenealy will lead the series. Kaitlyn a Licensed Professional Counselor and author of the book “Healing is Messy as AF.” Kaitlyn has been regionally and internationally recognized for her work. Her most recent achievements include Woman of Achievement 2022, Global Icon 2022, and many more.

PART 3:

January 26th

Join us on January 26th for part 3 of the series. Kaitlyn will walk you through the chapters of her book that deal with anxiety and stress and explore effective techniques for participants to utilize as part of her book instruction.  Followed by Kelly Collien from Onyx Yoga, who will lead you in a 45-minute introduction to Yin Yoga. This nonrigorous class is a slower-paced, more meditative version of yoga focusing on breathwork. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a longer period of time to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. Please bring your yoga mat.  The class cost is $35 and includes light appetizers and a beverage.
