Opening Sturgeon Weekend Celebration at LaClare | Feb. 11 & Feb. 12

Throughout the weekend, LaClare will be celebrating the opening of Sturgeon Spearing with fun events, cheese sales, and cafe specials!

Feb. 11th: 

5:00 am (while supplies last) Fondue Breakfast Burrito Special ~ "Early Bird Get's the Sturgeon!" Join us at LaClare Creamery for a breakfast burrito unlike any other. Chef Brian has created a jumbo burrito filled with bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, Vern's Medium Cheddar, and a Chandoka Fondue. (Grab and Go.) The doors open at 5:00 am.

10:00 am - 12:30 pm (free baby goat petting) Itty Bitty Sturgeon

11:00 am (ticketed) DIY Kid's Valentine Charcuterie Cone Making ~ Participants will construct and make a fun Valentine charcuterie cone to give to their favorite Valentine.

1:00 pm - Sweetheart Wine, Cheese, and Chocolate Pairing

Join us at LaClare Creamery for cheese, chocolate, and wine pairings. Participants will get to experience LaClare cheeses paired with wine and chocolates.
