St. Patrick's Tapas Dinner Party | March 18

Join us at LaClare Creamery upstairs in our Visitor Center for a Tapas dinner featuring four courses paired with Irish inspired dishes, LaClare Cheese, and beer!

1st Course: LaClare's Aged Cheddar and  LaClare's House-made crackers paired with Knuth Brewery's Marzen Lager

2nd Course: Irish Colcannon made with LaClare's Original Chevre paired with Guinness Draught Stout

3rd Course: Irish Corned Beef Pasty paired with Hinterland's Packerland Pilsner

4th Course: Irish Cream Cheesecake made with Saint Brendan’s Irish Cream Liqueur, LaClare's Original Chevre, and a dusting of Seattle Chocolate, paired with Knuth Brewery's Coffee Stout
