Menu: 

Course 1: Mini cheese plate with Evalon, nuts, and dried fruit

Course 2: Roast Beef bruschetta on top of grilled toasted points topped with a romesco sauce and garlic herb chevre

Course 3: Mixed greens tossed with a blood orange vinaigrette, honey chevre, dried cranberries, blueberries, and candied pecans

Course 4: Chocolate covered Strawberries
