Surface ripened, fresh, made from whole pasteurized cow and goat milk, vegetable ash.


Mixed milk ash covered surface ripened cheese patterned after traditional French cheeses.  Martone has a sweet buttery flavor with a slight piquant finish that is balanced by the earthy ash dusted exterior.

Tasting notes: Mild, buttery, sweet and creamy with a slightly tangy piquant finish balanced by the earthy ash dusted exterior.

Use & Pairing Suggestions

The perfect Cheese board center piece, crumbled over salads, or sliced on crackers or sandwiches.
