Description

Sweet, fresh, mild flavored goat milk jack cheese balanced by the full-bodied, well-balanced, tomato and basil blend.  This cheese has a rich butter mouth feel and becomes increasingly creamy with age.

Tasting notes: Semi-soft, creamy, mild milky-flavor complimented by the full-bodied, well-balanced, tomato and basil blend.

Use & Pairing Suggestions

Slice, shred, cube.  This cheese is a great cracker cheese and ingredient.  Use our goat Jack cheese anywhere you would traditionally use Monterey Jack.

Beer:  Ciders & Fruit Beers, Pilsner

 

Wine:  Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
