Alleviate your stress in the Greenhouse with chair yoga! This session aims to enhance flexibility, boost strength, and improve balance, all while enjoying the scenic beauty and serenity of LaClare's Greenhouse.
After the event ends, participants will receive a specialty cheese box to enjoy on our beautiful grounds.
