Dinner at LaClare - Scotch Pairing | Jan. 19

Join us at LaClare Creamery for a coursed meal prepared by our in-house Chef Brian Watzig paired with various types of Scotch.

Guests will learn about the history of LaClare and the goat dairy industry with one of the founding owners, Clara Hedrich. We will start with a cheese plate, continue with roasted Brussels Sprouts with a Chevre Bacon Dressing, Shepherds Pie made with ground goat meat, and ending with Banana Foster.

Time: 5:30 PM

Cost: $50 per person  + Service Fee & Tax

This is a ticketed event; due to the rarity of some of the Scotch, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins.

Ticket sales will close at  7:00 am on January 18th, or until sold out. 

Must be 21 years old to attend this event. 

Cancellations need to be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
