Shipping Information

We offer nationwide shipping!

 

Shipping Rates: $20 - Wisconsin.     $30 - $50 (48 contiguous states).

Express shipping can be done by calling the Shoppe at 920-670-0051 ext. 201 and discussing it with a staff member. 

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we always require a minimum 2 day arrival time on packages.

 

Complications arising from taxes, international tariffs and regulations prevent us from shipping

anywhere outside of the contiguous United States (we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii). We do not ship to Canada or Mexico.

We ship our products on Mondays and Tuesdays, with UPS on ice with two days or less of shipping time. If your order is placed after 9:00 am on Tuesday it will get held until our next shipping date. Larger orders will be held until we can ship the full order. Due to holidays shipping may be delayed. If you are sending cheese as a gift, please add a note to the receiver during check out. Also, when sending cheese as a gift please communicate to receiver to expect the package.

Please include your email address when checking out, you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking information. To ensure you are ready to refrigerate your cheeses upon arrival please check the tracking information.

Weather & Package Temperatures

We make the determination, based on the weather in that location, how the package will ship. We may ship UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air.

For areas outside the midwest, orders must be sent by UPS 2nd Day Air.

We will not be held liable for weather damage or damage due to actions/neglect by the shipping company or the receiver.

Shipping Policies: 

Delivery Confirmation: It is our goal to ensure that your product delivers in perfect condition, we cannot be responsible for deliveries delayed because the gift recipient was not home.

 

Shipping: Assuming that we have all the products that you ordered in stock, we will process and ship your order within 48 hours of it being placed -- following our Delivery Schedule. To ensure that your products arrive to your satisfaction, we reserve the right to choose when we send the packages. In any case, you will receive confirmation and tracking information after the package has been sent. 

Shipping on Holidays:

Due to shipping limitations we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day after:

  • New Year's Day

  • President's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas

Other:

  • No P.O. Boxes Please. Packages must be shipped only to street addresses.

  • Cancellations will be accepted if the order has not yet been packed and shipped.

  • If a product or packaging is out of stock, similar products of equal or greater value may be substituted.

  • Prices are subject to change without advance notice. Customers will be notified of any price changes when placing an order.
