Dinner at the Silo | September 22

Join us on September 22nd for Dinner at the Silo. Enjoy a coursed meal featuring our artisan cheeses prepared by our in-house chef paired with wine, all while watching our resident goats Milo and Shilo greet you from our 26ft Silo! An experience unlike any other.

In the event of inclement weather, dinner will be held upstairs in our Visitor Center.

The menu: 

1st course – LaClare cheese sampler paired with Captains Walk Red by Captains Walk Winery

2nd course – Roasted squash salad topped with pecans, Gouda, and a warm apple vinaigrette paired with Mystique Mulberry by Infinity

3rd course – Penne pasta featuring LaClare’s Garlic & Herb Goat Cheese topped with shrimp paired with Little White Red by Vines & Rush

4th course – Pumpkin pie cheesecake cannoli featuring LaClare’s Pumpkin Goat Cheese paired with Toasted Caramel Apple by Infinity

This is a private event. Reserve your tickets soon as seating is limited. No walk-ins. Tickets are on sale until September 21st, 9:00 pm or until sold out.
