Dinner at the Silo | June 26

Come join us for an evening at the Silo. LaClare will be featuring organic wines from Peru. Participants will start with a cheeseboard, followed by a seasonal salad and a Creamy Lemon Asparagus Pasta topped with shrimp or chicken. Guest will then finish with a Fig and Honey Cheesecake.

Kevin Stoer owner of London Dairy, along with Clara Hedrich will educate you on the wines and cheeses used throughout the evening.

Upon arrival and check in on the East Patio by the silo, guests will enjoy a complimentary glass of Natura Organic Chardonnay and sampling of LaClare Creamery's newest goat cheese, LaClare's Ube.

1^st Course: A variety of LaClare’s specialty Cheddars paired with Natura Organic Merlot

2^nd Course: Panzanella Salad featuring grilled vegetables and LaClare’s Original Chevre Crumbles, paired with Natura Organic Malbec

3^rd Course: Creamy Lemon Asparagus over pappardelle pasta and grilled shrimp (alternative would be chicken) paired with Natura Organic Rose

4^th Course:  Laclare’s Fig and Honey mini cheesecake topped with figs and edible flowers paired with Natura Pinot Noir

In the event of inclement weather, dinner will be held upstairs in our Visitor Center.

Must be 21 years old to attend this event.

This is a private event. Reserve your tickets soon as seating is limited. No walk-ins. 

Tickets are on sale until June 25th, 4:30 pm or until sold out.
