Are you ready to start healing and incorporating new skills into your life? Let’s start the conversation. Join us at LaClare Creamery for a 4-part mental health and self-care series on Thursday nights in January and February at 5:30 pm.

This series is dedicated to helping you with your healing journey and ongoing wellness. Each session will focus on critical areas of the book, which will give you the tools to work through your healing journey. Zach Ketterhagen, Kelly Collien, Kris Schumacher, and Mara Eifolla will join the series to teach and educate on mental health and well-being activities such as breath work, Yin Yoga, Art therapy, and Gut Health. Kaitlyn Kenealy will lead the series. Kaitlyn a Licensed Professional Counselor and author of the book “Healing is Messy as AF.” Kaitlyn has been regionally and internationally recognized for her work. Her most recent achievements include Woman of Achievement 2022, Global Icon 2022, and many more.

PART 1:

Kaitlyn Kenealy and Zach Ketterhagen

Join us on January 12th for part 1 of the series. Kaitlyn Kenealy will walk you through beginning your healing journey and how to invest in yourself. Class includes a signed copy of her book, which will serve as a guide throughout this series. Followed by Zach Ketterhagen, owner of Self Leadership Collective LLC. Zach will discuss healing through breathwork. Zach will educate on a breathing class, giving people practical and theoretical applications of how breath can help your mental health. The cost of the class is $35 and includes light appetizers and beverage.
