This demonstration will feature Brandied Pears using Cranberry Orange Goat Cheese (recently featured on WFRV), Truffle Bruschetta featuring Truffle Goat Cheese, and an easy Whipped Goat Cheese and Olive Dip featuring LaClare's Original Goat Cheese.
Participants will learn how to make easy recipes perfect for the holidays and get to sample the dishes.
The demonstration comes with holiday wine sample and recipe card to take home.
