Opening Sturgeon Weekend Celebration at LaClare | Feb. 10 & Feb. 11

We are kicking off the opening of Sturgeon Spearing with fun events, cafe specials, and cheese sales! Our shoppe location, in the Winnebago system, is home to one of North America's largest lake sturgeon populations. Sturgeon Spearing on Lake Winnebago is a unique tradition that brings winter in Wisconsin to life with ice-fishing. At LaClare, we celebrate the traditions of our area by hosting events, creating cafe specials, and welcoming Sturgeon enthusiasts to our shoppe, we even have exclusive merchandise!

Even if the ice conditions are unfavorable this year, we are ready to continue the celebration!

The first 10 customers on Saturday and Sunday will receive a free custom foam trucker hat.

February 10th:

6:00 am (while supplies last) Fondue Breakfast Burrito Special

"Early Bird Get's the Sturgeon!" Join us at LaClare Creamery for a breakfast burrito unlike any other. We have created a jumbo burrito filled with bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, Vern's Medium Cheddar, and a ChandokaFondue. (Grab and Go.) The doors open at 6:00 am to serve brunch items; the full menu will be available after 10:00 am.

~ Kids will be building a Valentine's Day-inspired board and will learn about the goat milk industry.
