Peppermint Mocha Mug Cupcake Class

Best selling author Eliza Evans (Sara Richardson) is releasing a book in October-The Christmas Cafe. The main character in the book has to come up with an epic Christmas themed dessert to save her restaurant. Sara (Eliza) asked Amanda Cupcake to partner with her to come up with her character's epic cake recipe that will be featured in the book! Amanda came up with a peppermint mocha mug cake recipe as pictured above! In addition to the book release, we are traveling Wisconsin on a book-cake tour all fall! The book cake tours include an opportunity to meet the author & me, buy cupcakes at pop up shops, book signings, and some of them include cupcake decorating classes or cupcake decorating contests!

LaClare Creamery is our first stop! Amanda Cupcake will be teaching a class on how to make your own mug “cupcake”! It's a simple & fun class. Sara (Eliza) will be doing readings during the class, and Amanda Cupcake will teach you step by step how to create your own version of a holiday mug cupcake inspired by The Christmas Cafe. There might also be baby goats to see since we are at LaClare Creamery! Each participant goes home with a pack of 4 cupcakes. After the class there will be a book signing and a cupcake pop up shop! You only need tickets for the class. The pop up shop and book signing after the class is open to the public.
