The great taste of LaClare's local Wisconsin goat milk comes from high-quality standards, the goat's special well-balanced diet, and careful handling from farm to the creamery.

The cheese that started it all. This raw goat milk Gouda style cheese won 1st place at the World Championship Cheese Contest in 2011.

Known for its clean, fresh tangy profile, the versatile Chevre cheese is like a blank canvas waiting to be transformed. We offer 11 flavor varieties.
