Goat Cheese Frosting
5-6 oz goat cheese, slightly softened*
4 Tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c powdered sugar
1. Bring all cheese and butter to room temperature.
2. Mix goat cheese and butter together until very smooth.
3. Add the powdered sugar one cup at a time.
